讓想要學的小朋友可以方便收聽哩！

最新消息，感謝三年級某位(還沒問過，暫時保密！^^)熱心的小朋友，
費盡了千辛萬苦，
錄製了語音檔哩！
還特請媽媽送來學校，這下子我們可就有了聲音檔可以聽啦！哈哈哈！^^
當然啦，這個世界上到處有高手，
我們不敢說念得有多好，因為高年級的大哥大姐相信也是有高手的，
只是希望我們一點小小的能力，可以為這個世界多作一點貢獻，
希望可以拋磚引玉，讓更多的人為這個世界貢獻吧！

中年級朗讀稿
The Ugly Duckling

In the midst of the high grass stood an old farmhouse. It was so
nice that a mother duck decided to sit on her nest and hatch out
her young eggs. Very soon, eight little yellow ducklings poked out
their heads. The mother duck looked around and saw that one of her
eggs had not yet hatched. The mother duck sat down on the nest
again and waited for a long time. Finally, the big egg cracked and
broke open, but out came two big feet and a head. "He's ugly!"
quacked the other ducklings. "We don't want to play with him."

The next day, the mother duck took all the ducklings to the
farmyard, but all the animals in the yard made fun of the ugly
duckling. The ducks pushed him, the chickens teased him, and the
turkeys bit him. And the ugly duckling’s very own brothers and
sisters were so mean to him that he felt just terrible.

One day, when the ugly duckling couldn't stand it any longer, he
decided to fly away. He flew over the fence until he came to the
place where wild ducks lived. When they saw the poor duckling, they
said, "My, how ugly you are! But you can stay here if you want to."
The poor duckling was very grateful. But at that very moment, a
hunter had shot them, and the ugly duckling was scared to almost
death. He bent down his head under his wings until the gunshots
stopped. The ugly duckling left for other safer places in a
thunderstorm. After flying almost two hundred miles, he stayed in a
small lake.
But in the cold winter, the duckling was miserable and felt all
alone in the world. He stayed in a bush in the snow until the
winter was over. Finally, it grew warm and sunny. Then he flew over
a river and saw his reflection in the clear water. It was his own
image! For the first time, he saw himself as he really was — not an
ugly duckling or a duckling at all, but a swan, a very beautiful
white swan! Of course, the swan that had been considered an ugly
duckling was very happy. But he always remembered how it felt to be
despised and teased, and he was very sorry for all the animals and
creatures that are so treated only because they are different from
the people around them. But now he became appreciated after going
through many misfortunes.

The new white swan thought to himself, “A bird that comes from a
swan's egg is a swan even if the egg happens to be hatched by a
duck, and ducks think that no one is pretty except a duck. They
think anyone who doesn't look like a duck is ugly, even though it
is the most beautiful swan. How stupid it is!” The swan rustled his
wings, lifted his slender neck, and sighed happily, "To think that
this joy should come to one who has always been considered an ugly
duckling, it is almost too good to be true.”
